By using our website, app, and services (together the “Platform”), you agree to these terms and conditions (“Terms”), which, together with our Privacy Policy, govern Homedge Development’ relationship with you. If you do not agree with these Terms, your sole recourse is to stop using the Platform.
‘Homedge Developments’, ‘we,’ ‘our,’ or ‘us’ refers to Homedge Development. The term ‘you,’ ‘your,’ ‘the client,’ or ‘user’ refers to the user of the services or the viewer of our Platform.
The use of this Platform is subject to, but not limited to, the below terms of use. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, either as a consumer of services under Federal Decree Law No. 5 of 2023 or otherwise.

Homedge Development may send messages via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or notifications as a means of communication for purposes including, but not limited to, appointment confirmation, updates, and marketing.
The content of the pages of this Platform is for the explanation and implementation of our services. Homedge Development reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting an updated version of the Terms on the Platform. Where we do so, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you of such changes.
Homedge Development uses its best endeavours to ensure the information on the Platform is up to date; however, we make no warranty as to the accuracy of information contained within the Platform. You should independently verify any information before relying on it. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

You must register with us to access services through our Platform. To register, you must be the legal age of majority in your home country (e.g., 21 years if you reside in the UAE). If you are under the legal age or are of unsound mind, parental guidance is required.
You must provide true, accurate, complete and current information (including name, date of birth, email address, payment details, and other details) as requested. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password and for preventing unauthorised access to your profile.
Please inform Hello@homedge.ae immediately if you believe your username and/or password has become known to anyone else, or is being used in an unauthorised manner.
No partnership, joint venture, or agency is created as a result of these Terms. You do not have authority of any kind to bind Homedge Development.
Homedge Development may transfer, assign or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms at its sole discretion without your consent.

All materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Homedge Development. These include content, layout, design, look, appearance, and graphics. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights.
Homedge Developments’ name and logo are registered trademarks of Homedge Development in the United Arab Emirates.
The Platform may include links to third-party websites for your convenience. Homedge Development makes no warranties as to the content or practices of such websites. You visit them at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Homedge Development, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform or your breach of these Terms.
The Platform and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Homedge Development disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homedge Development shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Homedge Development’ maximum liability shall be limited to the higher of AED 100 or the amount you paid for the service associated with your claim.
Homedge Development may charge you for finalized bookings through the payment method specified on the Platform. Payments are processed by third-party service providers, and we do not store your credit card information.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance via email to Hello@homedge.ae. Administrative charges may apply.
We accept Visa and MasterCard debit/credit cards in AED (or another currency agreed upon by Homedge Development).
These Terms and your use of the Platform are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Dubai, UAE.
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Homedge Development regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements.

If there is a non-English version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in case of inconsistency.
